Kenny Chesney Gulf Shores Concert - Tickets sales begin February 14th

The Amphitheater at The Wharf is the setting for a much-anticipated concert by four-time Academy of Country Music Entertainer of The Year, Kenny Chesney on Thursday, August 6th. Tickets for Kenny Chesney's 2009 Sun City Carnival Tour, presented by Corona Extra, will no doubt quickly sell out. According to Pollstar in 2008 Chesney's concert at Boston's Gillette Stadium sold 68,000 seats in 10 minutes.

Also performing at the August 6, 2009 event will be Miranda Lambert, whose ‘Crazy Ex-Girlfriend’ won the ACM Album of the Year in 2008, and Lady Antebellum, who won the 2008 CMA Best New Duo/Group Award and was nominated for a Grammy for Best New Artist.

Tickets for this concert go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 14th online at Ticketmaster.com, charge by phone at 1-800-745-3000, or at The Amphitheater Box Office Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. or at The Dock Store at The Marina. Tickets purchased at The Wharf outlets will incur no Ticketmaster fees.
